Order Cancellations

We process digital orders immediately upon successful payment. As such, cancellation requests are only accepted before the product is downloaded or accessed.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at xyzproductu@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless an exception applies.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• The digital product was never downloaded (verified on our server logs)
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Corrupted or non-functional files that support cannot resolve

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at xyzproductu@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Exceptions and Limitations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to operate or install due to system incompatibility
• Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements
